The COMSOL Multiphysics engineering simulation software environment facilitates all steps in the modeling process – defining your geometry, meshing, specifying your physics, solving, and then visualizing your results.
The model set-up is quick, thanks to a number of predefined physics interfaces for applications ranging from fluid flow and heat transfer to structural mechanics and electromagnetic analyzes. Material properties, source terms and boundary conditions can be arbitrary functions of dependent variables.
Predefined multiphysics-application templates solve many common problem types. You also have the option of choosing different physics and defining the interdependencies yourself. Or you can specify your own partial differential equations (PDEs) and link them with other equations and physics.
1. Start the software installation process.
2- When installing, in the License information section of the License format drop-down menu, select the License file and address the license file of the LMCOMSOL_Multiphysics_SSQ.lic available in the [email protected] folder. (It’s best to copy this file to the C drive and then address it so that it does not get deleted incorrectly.)
3- After selecting the components you need to install, in the “Options” section, select “Check for updates after installation” and ” Enable automatic check for updates. ”
4. Once you have installed the software, you can run it.
– The provided version includes all three editions of Windows, Mac, and Linux.
Licensing file server version is also placed in the [email protected] folder.
– The version of the server version activation is different only in the selection of the license file and the options in the “Options” step that you can see in the Read Me.txt file.
